These third-party cross-border payment methods are very easy to use. You can simply make a transfer with your own bank account, just like a normal online banking transaction, sending the funds to the local receiving account provided by our payment service. No transfer fees apply, and the funds typically arrive within 0–1 business days. If you are unable to make the transfer through online banking, we can also generate a secure payment link for you to complete the payment directly.
Common supported regions include the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and others (coverage varies by platform).
We currently work with several third-party cross-border payment providers, including XTransfer, PingPong, and WorldFirst. Please note that due to regulatory requirements in certain countries, the payment may appear under the name of the third-party payment company. This is a standard procedure and does not affect the safety of your funds or the speed of arrival.
We support traditional SWIFT bank transfers. This method incurs banking fees, with a total cost for both sender and receiver typically around USD 35–55, and the funds usually arrive within 1–4 business days. For orders below USD 1,000, we charge an additional USD 20 handling fee for each T/T payment. For smaller orders, we recommend using third-party payment platforms instead, as they offer zero transfer fees and faster processing, helping you avoid unnecessary wire costs and reduce overall waiting time.
We mainly accept PayPal for sample orders. A secure PayPal invoice link can be provided, or you may pay directly to our PayPal account. If you would like to use PayPal for bulk orders, please check with us in advance to confirm whether this payment method is acceptable. For bulk payments, a 5% additional fee will be applied to cover PayPal’s transaction charges.
If cross-border payment is not very convenient in your country, you may also complete the payment through your freight forwarder in China. Simply provide us with your agent’s contact details and basic information, and we will reach out to confirm the order items and the exact payment amount. We will then offer our domestic bank account or WeChat/Alipay payment QR code, and guide your freight forwarder to complete the payment in RMB.
