A Laminated Bag is defined as a bag in which the base material is laminated with an OPP (Opaque Polypropylene) film. This film further enhances strength, raises the water-repellent characteristic, and brings more visual contributions to the bag. It has nonwoven material, PP woven material, RPET material, and so on.

Nonwoven Material: This is an opaque textile material made from a network of threads that are not interlocked in how the threads of woven fabrics are. It is usually characterized by rigidity, low density, and high adaptability. Moreover, a filter film located on the OPP film will not only enhance the nonwoven fabric’s density but also provide a better-looking fabric when printed. Some of the characteristics observed and highlighted include the laminated woven fabric having the same weight as the laminated nonwoven fabric but the laminated woven fabric being less soft and thick.
PP Woven Material: This consists of oriented polypropylene fiber yarns in a class more robust and stiff than polyester, and hence, it is suitable for applications requiring higher load resistance. The OPP film used to cover and seal the PP woven fabric makes it waterproof and has a much better look and feel than the woven fabric not covered by the OPP film. The color, however, is less bright than the standard glossy paper type, which has a cheaper-looking feel. this matt film somehow gives the imagery a regal feel, unlike the cheap kind of look that I see on the images that we produce use the glossy one. Digital Printing without Plates: This technique has become popular recently and is suitable for small runs since it does not involve making plates. The design colors are bright and appealing, achieved through the Heidelberg printing machines in combination with HP inks. This method is suitable for customers who desire vivid and detailed images, particularly the color detail, while the price per print is relatively steep.
Regular Digital Printing: In this strategy, a thin film is adhered to the substrate material before digital printing is done on its surface. This is useful for designs with color gradients, as the design will be loaded as a single object and visualized in its full glory of shades of color.
